RESERVATIONS

Without a reservation, all rentals are on an availability and first-come first-serve basis.  If you have an event coming up and you know what you need, making a reservation will guarantee that it will be there. Reservations under $100 must be paid in full at the time they are made.  Reservations over $100 require a 50% deposit at the time they are made.

 

All reservations are non-refundable.

 

 

DELIVERIES

Basic delivery is available for a nominal fee based on distance from the warehouse and does not include equipment set-up. Delivery locations must be directly vehicle accessible.  In order to keep delivery costs down with the constantly rising fuel prices, deliveries that require more than at-vehicle drop off may incur an additional charge.

 

Equipment set-up is available for an additional fee.  Tent set-up is included in the rental cost.

Delivery and set-up outside of normal hours are available for an additional fee.

 

 

WAIVERS & RELEASES

As a consideration for being allowed to enter play areas and/or  party headquarters kid zone equipment, all participants and/or legal guardians will be required to sign a qaiver, release, hold harmless, and indemnification agreement.
